Transurban Queensland is proud to sponsor the 2018 Darkness to Daylight Challenge in Brisbane on 23rd and 24th May, raising awareness for domestic and family violence.
We’re proud to provide an inclusive, equitable and safe workplace, and are committed to building an environment where employees affected by domestic and family violence are supported.
Transurban Queensland Human Resources Manager Rebecca Shearon said creating a workplace culture of respect, trust and feeling safe, and that supports team members experiencing domestic and/or family violence, is critical.
“Participating in Darkness to Daylight allows us to reaffirm we support anyone who finds themselves in a domestic violence situation.” Ms Shearon said.
“Our team is looking forward to participating in the 2018 event with numerous staff members across the business registering.”
