Almost 20,000 people ran, walked and rolled in the 2023 Herald Sun/ Transurban Run for the Kids this month to raise money for the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal.
The event course included the Domain Tunnel and the Bolte Bridge, where participants could enjoy some of the most spectacular views in Melbourne.
Our Transurban team was the largest at the event with 725 people participating and many more volunteering.
This year’s event raised $1 million, which included a $100,000 donation from Transurban, bringing the total amount raised for the Appeal since the first event to more than $21 million.
The money raised contributes to hospital projects, research and technological innovations.
